Sabbath School 4 App Reviews

This app has outstanding performance and truly does help me in my daily worship. Thank you to the creators of this app because it is amazing. The reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5, though, is because at the beginning of the quarter the lesson downloads dont work. If you guys can fix that, that would make the app perfectly complete. I hope you consider this review.

This app is nice. However, If its only going to be 2 choices of Bible versions KJV or NIV, please consider having the NKJV of the Bible instead of the KJV this is the 21st century it would be nice to read the Bible without the "thou" and "ye". Thanks.

I live the app, the lessons and it will be so useful if you find a way to update all lessons from quarter to quarter on time. Please, please, please

Love just about everything in this app, except could we get the language option back... specifically Spanish. For my kids I read them the English version first then on a different day the Spanish. Please and Thank you!

The lesson is slow to load, sometimes opens to a blank page and does not load at all for the current week. Also the highlighting feature is spotty, works on some days for the week, but not all. I like the live link for Bible references in NIV and KJV. Thought about adding other versions, like Clear Word or Message? Also making a live link for EGW quotes and cross references would enhance the study. Just some thoughts for the digital age.

I have used and loved this app since downloading it...until this quarter. All that shows is the introduction to this quarter, and I cant find a way to download or update it. Help!!!

I think I can adjust to the new look and feel of this new app, but am disappointed that I cant get the teacher content for the Real Time Faith lessons. In previous versions of these apps I simply flipped a switch to turn on teacher content. I couldnt figure out if it was even available on this one until I navigated to the adult lessons and discovered theres an additional download for that content. It appears that many of the children/youth lessons dont have that teacher content available at all. That will unfortunately render this app mostly useless to me.

App fails to synchronize with current lesson more often than not. When it works, it is a joy to use.

Overall this app is great, giving easy access to the quarterlies. Some improvements are sorely needed (or should be made more obvious): Every quarter I have to delete and reinstall the app to force it to load the lessons for the new quarter. A "download all" option also needs to be added for the childrens lessons (or any quarterly that has multiple download components each week)

I really like this app except it only downloads three weeks at a time, then you cant get the next lesson till that time period is past. Also in the older lessons the letters were sizeable, these are not.

Im using an iPhone 4S with IOS8. Upon opening the app, I can navigate to the current lesson. However, it will not let me go back to the previous menu. I can navigate through all days of the current lesson. Ive resorted to reinstalling the app each week, losing my notes. Not very practical for study.

For those having problems loading items in the app, try deleting it and reloading it. I am using an iPad 2 and had trouble loading some items so I deleted the app and reloaded it. Now it loads with no problems. Hope this helps

Worthless

I cant proceed past lesson 4. And I see only lessons 7. The menu bar is hard to pull up. And when I eventually get it to open, I click on lesson it takes me back to lesson 4 and not to the different class lessons. I trying to do this on an iPad. Frustrated!

This is a great app in theory. Having all of the resources and links in one place is wonderful. And This version is a great improvement over previous SS apps and versions of this app. But bugs still exist. When in a lesson, the menu seems very unresponsive, often taking 5-10 seconds to load. Additionally the problem with materials loading continues to exist. But overall it is a good app and future revisions will hopefully resolve these issues soon.

Previous versions had Spanish lecture but this version does not have it. The sync takes to long and Menu get stock on adult lecture it keeps flashing .. Please fix this!!

Menus do nothing t function on iPad 2. Completely unusable. All previous version are also not functioning

I appreciate the effort, but this app was released VERY prematurely. Im reading my sabbath school lesson and for some reason the notes button along the bottom is flashing repeatedly. my wife has to keep deleting it and re-downloading it in order to get this weeks lesson. it barely works at all! when I go to select the adult sabbath school quarterly, by brings up a list of options to choose either Hop sabbath school or the option to read the lesson. by default it does not start at the top of the list; its like half way down. please either pull this app or update it. this is a terrible reflection upon our church. its a representative for us, and many people use it. if you arent going to do it right than stop releasing new ones.

Great improvement over the previous versions. The ability to type in your notes and observations literally anywhere was greatly appreciated. Breathed new life into this app.
