Needs content refresh capability

Overall this app is great, giving easy access to the quarterlies. Some improvements are sorely needed (or should be made more obvious):
Every quarter I have to delete and reinstall the app to force it to load the lessons for the new quarter. A "download all" option also needs to be added for the childrens lessons (or any quarterly that has multiple download components each week)
