Sabbath School 4 App Reviews

My dad is all giddy about this app- how everything is at his fingertips- got him a new iPad. My only issue is that the new quarters lessons are slow to appear/ ready for download.

This app is getting better, but for the adult quarterly the app by Rusek Ministries is better. Downloads a quarter at a time and doesnt clutter things up with unnecessary quirks needed to support the other 25 kinds of lessons this app tries to wedge into one.

The current version is unusable as a way to access the adult lesson on my iPad Mini. Either the lesson will not load (and does not seem to be present), as is true of the current Lesson 1, or if a lesson loads the navigation responds so slowly as to be worthless. Could we return to the old version ASAP, until the many kinks are worked out? Some of us road warriors have come to depend on this. Please return the app to functionality soon!

It keeps freezing or unresponsive and on my iPad it stop working until I removed it and reinstalled it but still at time it becomes unresponsive. Also wished it had the lessons in other languages like Spanish as it did in the previous versions

I dont see the new SS lesson there. When can I expect the update?

I always listened to the adult lesson podcasts but this feature does not work in this new app.

How can something be good, but... ? I love the lesson studies, but when it comes to changing from one week to the next... It takes me twenty some times before the study will change. It is very frustrating. So I delete the whole program and reinstall it just to get the lesson to change. If you can make it change easier than that, you would have five stars. I do very much thank you for putting the lesson on an app. May GOD continue to bless you.

The videos crash the app every time a download or stream is attempted. Disappointing for use in kids and family worship.

This app usually operates fairly well except regular crashes. But the current lesson is unusable. I cannot download or stream any of the adult lessons. Must improve the quality of this app; because it could be a great resource if worked properly.

The app is really smooth. Good to have the Bible verses right there and available with a tap and the ability to write the answers in-app is great. Some languages would be great (unless I just cant find them) and the teacher content seems to be gone. I actually liked that feature. Please bring it back. Otherwise, the app is great! Edit: The cornerstone lesson for September 12, 2015 is missing.

I really liked the previous version, although it had its bugs. This app has never worked well. In fact, for me, its currently stuck on lesson 9 and there is no way to change it. Please fix and I will download again.

Each time I try to use this app it runs into a glitch. If the lesson does come up the the following week wont load. Tired of all the problems. It does not work well for me at all.

Theres a lot I like about this app, but as a Primary teacher my main interest is the teacher content. A few versions ago it worked great on my iPhone 4s, but the last 3-4 versions I either cant find the teacher content, or if I do it will not open (which is the case with this rev.). Also I wasnt able to find resources for software help and support, not sure if its because I cant find it or its not there.

It is now 10:08 and I still cannot view the lesson for the fourth quarter even though the lesson begins on sabbath afternoon. If the thing is not broken why try to fix it. The version before this one was much better. Today is 10-17-2015. I have installed and deleted this sabbath app about 3-4 times and is still not able to get all the lessons for the fourth quarter. It is now 10:13 pm EST and I still cant get the fourth lesson for this quarter. I tried re-installing the previous version, and, well I am unable to. This is a bit annoying to say the least.

I remain very disappointed. I have used the SS app since version 2 and will never understand how version 4 went so far backwards. Crashes often, lesson dates are incorrect, video feeds only work if you have a high internet connection, and navigation is horrible. They need to scrap this version and let us have version 3 again.

The Teachers Guide for the Power Points does nor load. The app usually crashes. Please fix it. If you do, I will fix my rating!

This have better before for Spanish speakers

The app before this updated version worked so much better. This app works horribly. Its incredibly slow, doesnt have future lessons posted most of the time... Very inefficient!

Anyone interested to get X-ray vision into the biblical text need to use this free study tool. It lead you to make your own conclusions as you read. This is not just for SDAs but for anyone wise enough to care about the truths in book of books!

If you have lots of time on your hands, then you might be able to use this app. It takes forever to load, the menu flashes on and off so you cant navigate the app, it does not automatically sync to the current day or even current lesson. Making notes is impossible. A far superior app is SSQ by Rusek Ministries. General Conference, you need to fix this app. The devil has you beat at this point.
